Summary: Veerandra Kumar is employed as a reporter with a publication called "Satyachap". He investigates the shady goings-on in the city, and concludes that a prominent member of the community, Shetty, is behind these goings-on, and prints an headline article. Before this article could be distributed, Shetty puts a stop to this, and has Veerandra lose his job. Veerandra decides to expose Shetty in other ways, which is hindered as he is apprehended with the body of a stabbed young woman in his apartment.
