Summary: At midnight in a hospital, inside the lift, there was a nurse and a girl. They were passing through the 3rd floor which had a morgue. Suddenly the door of the lift opens. They see a man trying to get inside. The nurse is frightened and closes the lift immediately. The girl got curious and asked the nurse why she did that. The nurse explains that the man was wearing a red ribbon, which is what they put on dead bodies. The girl then reveals something that has the nurse even more frightened.
