Summary: On the outskirts of Mumbai, India, a community of Indians have lived in the Turbhe Hills for hundreds of years. In the wake of India's frenzied development, the local government ignored these people's residence and sold off their land to create a large industrial complex. A local, PK Nayak, noticed the terrible effects the industry has on the people, and decided to make a difference. He formed a local aid-organization called ARPHEN, to empower the communities and provide health care, education, and documentation. ARPHEN continues their fight to this day.
