Summary: 'Inclusive Education' under Sarva Siksha Abhiyan has remained unsuccessful for majority of visually challenged children in remote villages of India. The fact remains that, thousands of sightless children in rural India, are pushed into the so called - 'Inclusive Education', without proper educational materials, shortage of trained teachers, and no direct support from the government. The scenario was typically similar in Chamarajanagar district, which is situated in the Karnataka, India. This documentary film explores such reasons behind the negligence of proper educational environment, for thousands of sightless children in the whole district, comprising of several Taluks, including Kollegal. In addition to that, the film explores the reasons behind the absence of, even a single government sponsored special school, for visually challenged children in the entire district.
