Summary: Retired couple emerging from a 99 cents store, observing a Policeman writing a ticket for an expired Parking Meter. The old couple begging the officer to give a break but he just keep writing several more tickets. The conversation becomes funnier and rougher by the minute. It ends with a TRUE Statement how our Senior Citizens were robbed in 2009.
