Summary: PARTAV is a story of a professor who is literate and highly qualified. He is so obsessed with his literary work that he forsakes everything else, even abandons his spouse after just six months of marriage. He is so passionately devoted to his literacy pursuit that everything else is meaningless for him. Writing papers, books, delivering lectures keeps him preoccupied. He has no friend, and family and arrogantly boosts that if a person is devoted to a particular cause he should renounce everything else to purse his obsession. This film is about seeking and providing answers to these intricate questions.
