Entagled Bodies
In this Lijo Jose Pellissery film, the climatic fight is between two gangs. The fight spills out into the street and almost merges with the procession from a Church festival. The crowd, thus, adds to the entangled body effect. This sequence is the last part of a 10 minutes-long uncut single take, which Pellissery uses across films while shooting the crowd as though it is one body in motion and action.
