Summary: OLD ORDER CHANGETH..... and the India of the tiny scattered villages with the traditional village school and the traditional village doctor, the India of primitive agricultural methods and the leisurely, comatose tempo of life, is giving place to a new, more dynamic India, whose watchword is Progress and Still More Progress.
After a few brief scenes of the older India, this film devotes itself to progressive modern trends, Rural Reconstruction, Education, Industry and Science. There are interesting glimpses of Shantiniketan and other modern educational institutions, of the Bangalore Institute of Scientific Research and of the Ogale Glass Works. Then come modern architecture, the Cinema and the Radio. The film thus emphasises the rapid steps forward India is taking in every sphere of life due to industrialisation.
