Summary: Money is needed by the State for many things; for the running of the
hospitals and free medical services in rural areas, to fight illiteracy, to build
houses for the displaced and to help them with loans, to help the young
villagers choose new careers and to execute gigantic river valley projects.
This money comes from the taxes we pay; from Income-tax, customs and
Central Excise, Land Revenue, Sales-tax and so on. The film puts in a plea
for the proper payment to taxes so that the whole nation may prosper.
