The Film based in a border-side village of Bengal (Eastern India), which is extensively affected by the partition of India in 1947. Ekti Ajaana Galpo tries to convey that how a partition in a land effects the human life. The story revolves around an aged man known as Master Moshai (Teacher) to all who is a witness of post-partition effects in border-side areas. The Film shows that the impact of partition didn't end up at that time only. People from both sides of the border are still suffering due to this man-made division. We, the people divide the globe into parts. This division creates many nations. Sometimes, we forget that this man-made divisions shouldn't cross the line and go beyond humanity.
