Director: Bhimsain
Summary: Puru (man), the ruler of the kingdom of Vartmaan (Present) is also the protector of the treasure of Bhavishya (Future). His friends (virtues personified) include Sahas (Courage), Yukti (tact), Doordarshita (foresight), Saral (simplicity), Gyan (knowledge) and others. Puru and his friends must fight the evil forces of Sankat (Trouble) and his monstrous minions in the form of vices personified Eersha (jealousy), Krodh (anger), Lobh (greed), Bhay (fear) Bhed-Bhaav (the discriminating twins), Adchan (throny creatures - obstacles) and others to protect the Bhavishya from being usurped. This allegory is a classic fight of good over evil, the constant battle of man to overcome his adversaries, which inflict him internally and externally.
