Summary: The series served as a sequel to Khichdi(2002). Instant Khichdi continues the story of Parekh family. Parekh family become overnight millionaires when they discover oil in their old property. They are only together because of their desire to separate from each other. They are waiting for Tulsi Parekh to die so they can seperate and become nuclear families.
