Summary: Juvenile crimes are taking a more serious turn - crimes like murder, attempt to murder, robbery, dacoity - the list continues. However, how many take the time to understand the kids behind the crime. Their motivations, their fears, their aspirations. Pramod Pathak, an actor/director based out of Mumbai did. All of the actors and the entire crew of this film are inmates of a juvenile delinquent home for serious crimes - a home they fondly call "Chiller Room".
