Summary: A person is writing a suicide note while the camera captures a glimpse of his house. We see the portrait of his girlfriend (Avani Joshi) on the wall with a garland. The room is in a messed-up situation. Ashutosh Kamat, who is the owner of the house is writing the suicide. After 2 years of dating, Ashu and Uttara were finally going to marry this year how ever before the marriage Uttara died in an accident. This situation happened 3 weeks ago however, Ashu has not moved on. His emotional attachment to Uttara is so much more that he decides he will end his life as life without Uttara for him is meaningless. As he completes his suicide note, he ties a rope to the ceiling bar and stands on a table preparing himself to jump off. As he jumps the rope breaks and he falls. With a clear look at the rope, Ashu finds that the rope has been bitten by a mouse. As he is frustrated, he moves to the kitchen to make tea. While making the tea he looks at the knife in the crockery set. With the idea of cutting his hand, he picks up the knife and approaches the cut. We see him standing beside a knife sharpener, as the knife wasn't sharp to cut. The guy tells him that he will get the knife next Monday as he is busy. While returning he visits the medical where he asks for sleeping pills. Another guy beside him asks for tablets on constipation. Both the pills get switched and Ashu returns home with the pills for constipation. After a while, he plans to jump from the terrace. He looks down and plans to jump down when a woman enters from behind, telling him it will break. Ashu misinterprets the message and runs down. We later find out that the woman was talking on the phone. While coming down Ashu hears a sound from near the railway station. We see that Ashu is sleeping at the Railway station. As the train's sound approaches him he closes his eyes but just then he hears the announcement that the platform has been shifted and he returns home. He finds out that there is a street near his house where an accident happens frequently. He reaches the road and just jumps in between the road with closed eyes. But he survived when he opens his eyes he finds out that the cars stopped due to a signal. The tea shop owner who had his shop beside the road calls Ashu to have a cup of tea. They both talk about life's misery and how it's easy to quit but it's great to live on with the emotions. Ashu finally decides to live his life and drops the idea of suicide. However, he forgot to pay for the tea so he returns however this time the signal goes off and Ashu meets with an accident. At the end, we see the same wall where Uttara's photo was hung and now beside it, Ashu's photo is hung.
