Summary: Ajobpur - a mind captivating family-drama which captures Manik Chand, a middle class man as the protagonist of the story living with his sister Mala and ailing father in the village Ajobpur. One day, Manik Chand, an honest employee, working under the Panchayat in the agricultural sector faces a challenge. He notices that the fertilizers being used in the field are sub-standard and doesn't realize the cause until he's made aware of the fact that the spoiled brat of the Sarpanch( Head of the Panchayat) is behind the mayhem. Manik and Fatadhon's peculiar encounter , followed by a threat turns the tables around. Considering his present situation, he stays in a dilemma. Worried and afraid he thinks about the health of his father and the well being of his sister. Meanwhile, the romantic angle between Manik and Chutki also acts as a cherry on top. Their love, laughter and mirth creates immediate joy which subsequently provides the necessary sweet-bitter element to this film. Faced by innumerable challenges - financial, emotional and political, will Manik be able to triumph? Will he be able to fix everything and live a normal and happy life?
